Reading a call report or occasionally monitoring a call is one thing, but having the ability to listen to any call you choose, whenever you choose, is quite another.  At USA 800 we record 100% of all calls using our digital call recording technology, Voicelogger.

Using this software, calls are recorded and saved in a .wav file format that can be sorted and selected. You can sort and select the calls that you want to listen to based on various selection criteria (e.g. by agent, time of day, location, type of call, etc.).  These .wav files can be emailed to you, accessed on-line or supplied monthly on DVD.

Listening to customer calls helps us evaluate performance and ensure our Q/A standards are being enforced, it is also a tremendous tool for our clients to be able to gain valuable customer insights.
